And finally 'Sukoon' to end all activities...

'Sukoon'... finally its over too... that last activity is campus before the end of the academic year... It's a cultural fest for us... used be a big thing before.. these days the enthusiasm has come down mainly due t the fact that its happening late just before the exams and the number of participants less due to that... Still usual competitions, DJ, rock shows kept going...

This time we mallus kept a food stall there... Our own traditional delicacies... tapioca and fish curry, 'puttu', ada... were a few... had lots of fun over there... the pics below don't show the full excitement we had...

Beautiful Mornings and Days...

It's been my habit for a time, to keep my camera always in my bag... just in case of an 'emergency'... The emergency of a beautiful day... last few days, I was really in a shooting spree, mornings' clouds were beauty plus the beauty of the spring in campus... My hard disk space in laptop is reducing day by day with the photographs...

Candles in the sky...

After a long time today I got to have a lonely jogging session in the morning... With all the sporting events going on I used to have a team workout in the morning or evening jogging...

I started too early, even before the lights came up... Made 3-4 around... Finally when it was 6.30 when the lights were coming up a bit I stopped my session... Being the last point as the football ground, I decided to have a walk around the ground... The morning was pleasant and when I looked up I could see patches; patches of clouds, black ones all around... Since I go around with my mobile even during jogging I didn't forget to have some clicks of those clouds... Infact sky is one of my favorite shots... After a while when more light was coming and was time for me to leave; it just occurred to me to look up... The view was amazing...

All the clouds seemed to have got fire at one of the ends... With all spread out it looked as if the whole sky was beautifully lit by candles... So started my mobile photography... I wished my camera with me that time...

When I was on the was back to my room, one thing occurred to me... It was on Saturday one of our Research Scholar in Physics died on certain circumstances and now hos body in hospital waiting for the family to come and taken away... May be the morning candles in the sky are just nature's tribute to him...

Today when we had the condolence meeting in our school for him, I thought I put this in blog for him... The candles the nature had shown me in the morning...
